Collaboration with Alison

I first met Alison and her kids in summer of 2016, when we did the photoshoot for some amazing Canadian clothing brands. We were both on maternity leave at that time and brought our little ones while we shoot. Alison is a surfset instructor at Illume Hot Yoga here in Evanston and the face behind “Our Life & Times” blog whom I love following along through instagram. Because of her I met some of the bloggers and later became one of my clients. This gorgeous mama is an amazing person inside and out. She has this ability to connect and influence people. As a fitness advocate she has collaborated with Vivo for their Gen H (Generation Healthy) campaign. Below are some of the photos we took over at Vivo and at the library with her two littles (Delainey and Ryder). My approach for this session is like the street photography, moments are somewhat random; letting them do their own thing. There is something about street photography that excites me, its simplicity and spontaneity.
